Michał A. Borysiewicz, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor at the Instytut Technologii Elektronowej focused on the fabrication of oxide semiconductors with controlled motphology, optical and transport properties by means of magnetron sputtering. Ph.D. in technical sciences with distinction granted for the dissertation "Magnetron sputter deposition of electronic functional materials: MAX phases for ohmic contacts and thin ZnO films for transparent electronics".
Graduate of The Faculty of Physics of Warsaw University, M.Sc. topic: "Studies of time-resolved photoluminescence of a GaN/AlGaN structure".
Author of many peer-reviewed publications, co-author of several conference presentations, including 5 invited talks and one seminar. The author of one patent and 5 patent applications. Peer reviewer for Thin Solid Films and ECS Journal of the Electrochemical Society.
In 2009 and 2011 was granted scientific scholarships by the Marshall of the Mazovian Voivodeship.
Marek Ekielski, M.Sc.
Graduate student and research assistent at the Instutut Technologii Elektronowej working mainly on III-V semiconductor device technology with particular empahsis on nanoimpront lithography, reactive ion etching and photolithography. Tenative subject of the doctoral thesis: "Patterning techniques for photonic structures and III-V and II-VI semiconductor devices”
Graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Warsaw University of Technology. M.Sc. topic: "Development and testing of a novel method for glass microanalityc systems fabrication".
Marek Wzorek, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor at the Instytut Technologii Elektronowej specializing in electron microscopy analysis in particular in scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
Graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Nuclear Techniques of the AGH University of Science and Technology, specialized in Solid-state Physics.
In 2012 received the scientific scholarchip of the Marshall of the Mazovian Voivodeship.
Marcin Myśliwiec, M.Sc.
Engineer at the Instytut Technologii Elektronowej and a graduate student at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of Warsaw University of Technology. Scientific interests concern the fabrication and electrical characterization of leads and contacts for electronic devices based on wide band gap semiconductors.
