Cookie Policy

  1. The service does not automatically gather any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, that are stored in the user terminal device service and are designed for use with a web service. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The entity publishing cookies to the terminal device of the service user and the entity accessing them is the service provider i.e. the Instytut Technologii Elektronowej based at Al. Lotników 32/46, 02-668 Warsaw, Poland.
  4. Cookies are used for the:

a) adaptation of web content to your preferences and to optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow the user to identify the device service and properly display the web page tailored to their individual needs;
b) create statistics that help us to understand how users use the site from websites, which allows the improvement of their structure and content;
c) maintenance of the service user sessions (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter login and password  on every page of the site.

  1. Within the site two basic types of cookies are used : session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the user terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the user terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until you delete them.
  2. Within the site, the following groups of cookies are used:

a) "essential" cookies, enabling the use of the services available through the service, for example. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the service;
b) The cookies used to ensure safety, eg. used to detect fraud in the authentication within the service;
c) "Performance" cookies, allowing the collection of information about how to use the web site;
d) "functional" cookies, enable "remembering" of user-selected settings and personalize the user interface, eg. in terms of the language or region from which the user font size, appearance, website, etc.

  1. In many cases, the software used to browse the web (browser) by default, allows the storage of cookies on the user terminal device. The users can at any time, change their cookie settings. These settings can be amended in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform about them every time you enter in the service user's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software settings (web browser).
  2. The Service Provider informs that the restriction of the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the websites of the service.
  3. Cookies published in the service user terminal device and can also be used by the service provider working with advertisers and partners.
